Orders

  • Orders placed through the ContractWorld website are on stock and are immediately available for purchase unless stated otherwise (e.g. item is out of stock).
  • Items not posted on our site are still available, but on a pre-order basis. For pre-orders, clients may feel free to contact us directly. Contact details are available in the “Contact Us” page or at the footer section of this site.
Payment Methods
  • Acceptable modes of payment made through the ContractWorld website are through Paypal and Bank Deposit. Details for Bank Deposit payments will be sent to you via email once order has been confirmed.
  • ON STOCK ITEMS - processing of purchase and delivery of the parcel will begin upon confirmation of order and payment has been made.
  • COD - At present, payment through Cash on Delivery basis is not available. Please stay tuned for updates as we work towards making your customer experience better.

Returns and Exchanges

  • ContractWorld has a No Return/No Exchange policy except for items incurring damage during transit/delivery.
  • If the delivered item is proven to have damages, please contact us immediately. We urge our clients to take full documentation of the product via photographic evidence.
  • Once the item is proven to have damages, please keep all packaging and care instructions until our team is able to pick it up. ContractWorld will replace damaged items with the same product purchased. If the product up for exchange happens to be out of stock, exchange for other items of the same value will be allowed or the same item can be for ordered indent with approximately 4 months lead time. Returns will not be accepted.

Delivery and Lead Time

Due to unforeseen developments with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic and the established Enhanced Community Quarantine, we regret to inform our clients that delivery of pre-ordered items may go beyond the original lead time agreed upon. We would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this delay might cause.

  • Accessories - three to five (3-5) working days upon confirmation of order and payment
  • Furniture - seven to ten (7-10) working days upon confirmation of order and payment
  • Pre-Order/Indent Order items - two and a half to three and a half (3-4) months upon confirmation of order and payment.
  • Working Days are Mondays to Fridays.

Deliveries Outside Metro Manila

  • For orders coming from outside Metro Manila, please contact us regarding your order and location, and we will be happy to assist you with your queries.

  • You may avail of the discount codes we promote on social media pages as well as the website. You may sign up for our newsletter to be kept up to date on all our updates, news, and discount campaigns.
  • Promo code is limited to one use per customer.
